Coach Larry Dougher (Class of '00) was named head coach of the boys basketball program in 2022. He joined the Windsor coaching staff in 2010 after five seasons as the JV head coach at Stevens High School. As JV coach, he focused on building player fundamentals and culture, preparing student-athletes to contribute to four Final Four appearances and the 2018 State Championship. Larry and his wife Angela, a teacher at Windsor School, reside in Windsor with their daughter, Cadence, and son, Bradley.
Coach Win Townsend (Class of '84) has been a fixture in the Windsor basketball community for more than two decades. Having coached junior high, JV-B, and both boys and girls AAU, he has played a pivotal role in player development during the most formative stages of their careers. Win and his wife, Karen, raised their children, Paige and Win, in Windsor.
Coach Jake Meagher (Class of '16) is a social studies teacher at Windsor High School. A three-sport athlete and a key member of the 2016 Final Four team, he went on to graduate from the University of Vermont. As JV head coach, Jake plays an integral role in our players' development. He and his wife, Brooke, live in Windsor.
Coach Robert Slocum (Class of '19) serves as our JV assistant and JV-B head coach, playing a major role in developing the program's younger players. A key member of the Yellowjackets' 2018 State Championship team, Robert works with students for Health Care and Rehabilitation Services.
Coach Adrian Attwood (Class of '98) coached at the youth and AAU levels for several years before rejoining the Yellowjackets as Junior High head coach in 2023. Adrian and his wife, Sarah, reside in Windsor with their five children: Stella, Maddie, Liam, Marcus, and Peter.
Coach Mike Walker (Class of '00) coached youth soccer and youth softball for several years, as well as a season of junior high softball, before joining the basketball staff. Recognized as Windsor Rec's Volunteer of the Year in 2021, Mike lives in Windsor with his two daughters, Chloe and Kyra.Â
